No. In India the Paid plan is a single payment for one year. It does not renew automatically.
If you do not pay for the next year, the paid features stay on for 7 more days, and then the account moves to the Free plan's limits.
Each WhatsApp confirmation, reminder, or change that Meta reports as delivered counts as one. A message that is not delivered does not count. The customer still gets the same update by email when they gave an email address.
Bookings and email continue as before. WhatsApp notifications stop until you buy a pack of 5,000 for ₹999 plus GST, or your next yearly payment adds 1,000 more.
No, not while your account is active. Notifications from your yearly payment and from packs carry over. They lapse 12 months after an account becomes inactive.
