For skin clinics
Online appointment booking for skin clinics
Clients book a consultation with your dermatologist, or the next session of a treatment such as a peel or laser, from a link on Instagram or Google Maps. Your front desk sees every doctor and every treatment room in one place.

With BookingDeskPro
Today: Clients message on Instagram to ask for a slot, and the reply comes hours later.
With BookingDeskPro: Put your booking link in your Instagram bio. Clients pick a free time themselves.
Today: The laser room is booked twice because two doctors share it.
With BookingDeskPro: Make the room a calendar. Once a session takes it, that time stops showing for everyone.
Today: Clients miss sessions in the middle of a course, and the results suffer.
With BookingDeskPro: Every session sends a confirmation and reminders, with a link to move it instead of skipping it.

Consultations and the laser room, side by side
In the morning the front desk checks today's consultations and the laser room's sessions side by side. A client moves her peel to Saturday from her reminder link, and the slot opens for someone else.

How do I run a consultation first and the procedure later?
A consultation and a laser session need different time and a different place, so they are different services on different calendars.
- The client books a 15-minute consultation with the dermatologist from your link.
- After the consultation, the doctor advises a treatment, and the front desk books the first session on the treatment room's calendar.
- Each later session is booked the same way, a few weeks apart, and each one sends its own reminders.
How do I keep the laser room from clashing?
Make Laser room a calendar and offer the laser service only on it. Two sessions cannot take the same time on that calendar, however many doctors send clients to it.
The doctors' own calendars stay free for consultations.
What can I check before a client takes a slot?
Turn on approval if you want to review a request first, for example before a client takes a long laser slot. The client is told that the request was received, and told again when you approve or decline it.
Skin clinics ask
During set-up, which type of business do I pick?
Pick Clinic or hospital. Each doctor becomes a calendar, and you can add a treatment room as a calendar too.
Does it store before-and-after photos or case notes?
No. BookingDeskPro stores the booking, the contact details, and a note the client adds. Keep photos and clinical notes in your own clinic software.
Can a client book a whole course in one go?
Each booking is one session. A client books the next one from the link, or the front desk books it before she leaves, and each session gets its own reminders.
Can I offer follow-up reviews online?
Yes. Add a location marked online, with no address, and offer a short review service there. Send the video link the way you do now.
