About BookingDeskPro
BookingDeskPro is online appointment booking for small businesses in India: salons, clinics, studios, tutors, and consultants. It is made by CraftAtom Technologies, an independent software company in India.
Most small businesses here take bookings on the phone and in WhatsApp chats, and write them in a register. That works until the phone rings during an appointment, two customers want the same slot, or a customer forgets to come. BookingDeskPro gives the business a booking page and a link, and sends the reminders.
How we decide what to build
- Free should be useful on its own. The Free plan has no time limit, no booking limit, and no commission.
- One price for the business. Staff logins and branches are not charged one by one. You pay for the people and rooms customers book.
- WhatsApp first, email always. Customers in India read WhatsApp, so the Paid plan includes it. Email goes out too, so an update still arrives when WhatsApp does not.
- Your customers belong to you. Each business's customer records are separate. A customer of two businesses has two unrelated records.
