Session booking for trainers, yoga teachers, and studios

Clients book a one-to-one session with their trainer, at the studio or online. Early-morning and evening slots fill up without a string of messages to fix a time.

Today: Clients skip the session and you find out when they do not turn up.

With BookingDeskPro: A reminder the evening before and 4 hours before gives them time to move it instead.

How do early-morning and evening slots work?

Set each trainer's hours by day. Arjun can start at 6 AM on weekdays and finish at noon, while Kavya takes evenings. Clients see only the hours each trainer works.

When a client cancels the 6 AM slot from the reminder, it opens again on your page for someone else.

How do I turn a trial session into a regular client?

  1. Create a free 30-minute trial session and offer it on your booking page.
  2. The new client books it from your Instagram link, and you see their name and phone number in the console.
  3. After the trial, your trainer or front desk books the regular weekly slots, and each one sends its own reminders.

Can a trainer also coach online?

Yes. Add a location marked online and offer your sessions there. A client chooses Online when booking, and you send the video link the way you do now. A trainer can work at the studio on some days and online on others.

Trainers and studio owners ask

Can I run group classes with many people in one slot?

BookingDeskPro books one customer into a slot on a calendar. That suits personal training, private yoga, and physiotherapy, and it does not set a capacity for a group class.

Can I offer a free trial session?

Yes. Create a service with no price, such as a 30-minute trial, and choose which trainers offer it.

Do clients pay when they book?

No. Booking does not take payment. You collect the fee the way you do now, in cash or by UPI.

I am a single trainer. Is the Free plan enough?

Yes. The Free plan has one location and one calendar, with unlimited bookings and email notifications. Add WhatsApp notifications later on the Paid plan.
