How do I run a demo class for a new parent?
Create a free demo class of 30 minutes and share its link in the group or on your Instagram. The parent picks a time, adds the student's name in the note, and gets a confirmation.
You see the parent's phone number with the booking, so you can follow up after the demo. If the student joins, book the regular class slots on the same calendar.
How do I keep school hours and exam weeks free?
Your calendar shows only the hours you set, such as 4 to 8 PM on weekdays and a morning on Sunday. For exam week or a family trip, add time off once and those days vanish from the page.
Set a minimum notice so no one books a class for the same evening.
Can several tutors share one page?
Yes. A coaching centre gives each tutor a calendar, named the way students say it, such as Meera ma'am. Parents pick the tutor and the subject, and each tutor has their own hours.
