Online booking for spas and wellness centres

Guests choose a massage or therapy, see which therapist is free, and book a time that suits them. Rooms can be calendars too, so a treatment room is never double booked.

What a guest and your team stop doing

Today: A guest books a 90-minute therapy, and it runs into the next booking.

With BookingDeskPro: Each service has its own length, and the page only offers times that fit.

Today: Guests ask on WhatsApp what is free tomorrow, and you check the register for each one.

With BookingDeskPro: Send your booking link. Guests see tomorrow's open times for each therapy.

Today: Late cancellations leave a therapist idle.

With BookingDeskPro: Set how late guests can change or cancel online. After that, they need to call you.

Should therapists or rooms be the calendars?

A booking sits on one calendar, so choose the one that limits you. If you have more rooms than therapists, make the therapists calendars. If a single steam room or a treatment suite is what runs out first, make that room a calendar.

Some spas use both: therapists for massages, and a room calendar for the steam room or the Ayurvedic suite.

Can a guest ask for a particular therapist?

Yes. Name each therapist as a calendar, and guests pick by name. A returning guest who likes Anita books Anita. A guest with no preference chooses Any available.

How do I keep last-minute and far-off bookings under control?

You set each of these for the whole business, or for each location.

  • Set a minimum notice, such as 2 hours, so a therapist is not called in for a guest who is already on the way.
  • Set how far ahead guests can book, so the calendar does not fill months out.
  • Set a change cut-off, so cancellations after it go through you.

Spa owners ask

Can a treatment room be a calendar?

Yes. A calendar can be a person or a resource. Name it Room 1 or Steam room, and set the services it is used for.

Do guests need to create an account?

No. Guests book with their name and a phone number or email. To see their bookings later, they sign in with a code sent to their email.

Can a couple book together?

Each booking is one guest on one calendar. For a couples massage, make a Couples room calendar with a longer service, or book two therapists at the same time.

We run two spa branches. Is that one account?

Yes. Add each branch as a location on the Paid plan. Guests choose the branch first, then the therapy and the time.
