Customers book online in a phone browser, with no app to install and no account required. Staff can also use a free Android app. - Who it is for: small businesses that book customers by appointment. Email goes out on both plans. - What a calendar means: a calendar is anything a customer books, such as a stylist, doctor, tutor, trainer, or room. A calendar is not a login. Each calendar has its own hours and services. - How booking works: the customer picks a branch (skipped when there is one), a service, a person or "Any available", and a free time, then gives a name and a phone number or email. Only free slots show. - Reminders: a confirmation when the customer books, and reminders 24 hours and 4 hours before the appointment. - Booking rules: minimum notice, how far ahead customers can book, a cut-off for changing or cancelling online, and optional approval of each request. - Customer portal: each booking has a private link to view, reschedule, or cancel it without a password. Customers can sign in with a one-time code sent by email to see all their bookings with a business. - Find my booking: a customer who loses the link enters the booking reference and the phone number or email used to book. - Front desk: one list of bookings by day, person, and branch; walk-in and phone bookings; QR check-in from the receipt; weekly hours and leave; several branches with their own address, hours, and rules; customer records; staff can be limited to the branches they work at. - Staff app: a free Android app for owners and front desk staff on Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.craftatom.bookingdeskpro). It views and manages bookings, scans the QR code on a customer's receipt to check them in, and sends push notifications for new, rescheduled, cancelled, and approval-needed bookings.
